This policy explains how AyushCRM ("we") handles personal data on this website and in the AyushCRM service, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

When you ask for a demo we collect your name, clinic name, mobile number, and, if you give them, your email address, town, number of doctors, system of medicine and message. We use them only to contact you about AyushCRM. We collect them with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies needed for security and to block spam.

Who else handles it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and demo requests are sent to us by email through our email provider. They process the data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 12 months, unless you become a customer. Then the customer agreement applies.

Patient data in AyushCRM

Each clinic decides what patient data it records in AyushCRM and why. The clinic is responsible for that data, and we process it on the clinic's behalf, under the customer agreement. Patient data is kept on servers in India, backed up every night, and visible only to the clinic's own staff according to their roles.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@ayushcrm.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Grievances

For any complaint about how we handle personal data, contact our grievance officer at hello@ayushcrm.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
