Do we need to install anything?
No. AyushCRM works in the web browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Medicine stock comes in from an Excel file. For patient lists and other records, we help during setup.
Does it work for more than one branch?
Yes. Each person sees the branches they work in, and owners see all of them.
Can patients get WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, once your clinic connects a WhatsApp Business provider. Until then, reminders go by email. The provider charges for messages separately.
Who can see a patient's medical notes?
Only doctors and administrators. Reception and billing staff never see clinical notes.
